My favourite jacket at the moment, no contest. Quality is much better than the price suggests. The material is so soft I keep touching my own sleeve. Very light, brilliant for cooler days but I wouldn't call it a deep winter jacket.
My old denim jacket finally gave out after ten years, and I needed something just as easy for school drop-offs and the office. I didn't want the upkeep of anything fussy, so faux suede made sense. Having spent a long time avoiding animal materials I have got used to disappointing outerwear. This is a proper exception. The nap is fine and matte, the shape is sharp and it hangs the way it should rather than standing off. I have worn it to gigs and to work and it has looked right at both.
