Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with full tracking on every order. We ship via reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery within the US:
Standard delivery: 4–6 business days.
Express delivery: 2–4 business days (available at checkout).
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse. You can also monitor your delivery status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

After your order is processed, it is transferred to our shipping department. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you will receive an automated email with tracking details the moment it ships.
For US orders, standard delivery takes 4–6 business days and express delivery takes 2–4 business days, after dispatch. You'll be able to follow your package with the tracking link sent to your email.
Standard shipping is free. If you selected and paid for an express or priority upgrade, that upgrade charge is non-refundable. US returns themselves are completely free — every US order includes a prepaid return label, so no return or label fees are deducted from your refund. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

If your item is already in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier (DHL, FedEx, or USPS) with your tracking number to request a delivery reschedule or hold.
