I really like the jacket but it is slightly too neat on me to wear more than 1 layer underneath. I probably shoud have opted for 1 size bigger but it's really only an issue if I want to do up the buttons which is not a common occurrence.
Took my wife to a wine tasting in Sonoma the weekend after this arrived. It's the first coat like this she's had; she usually lives in fleeces. Evening got cold fast once the sun dropped behind the vines, and she stayed warm the whole time thanks to the fluffy lining. The olive looked fantastic in the golden light, practically matched the leaves. Another couple asked where she'd found it. The olive green is a proper deep khaki tone, not the yellowish green some brands call olive. The coat holds its shape well on the hanger which I wasn't sure it would given it's not real leather, and it's already become the coat I reach for most mornings.
Really like the colour and cut, buttons could be a touch bigger to grip easily with gloves on during colder mornings, but that's a small thing in the grand scheme.
