Travel was my reason for buying and it has been great for that. Packs down without creasing badly and weighs next to nothing in a bag. The ribbed hem stops it riding up when I'm sat on a plane. Fabric has a nice dry feel rather than that plastic slickness you get on cheap ones.

The detachable hood is what sold me and it actually works properly, the fastening is secure and there's no gap when it's off. Three chest pockets sound like a lot but I've ended up using all of them. Light on the shoulders even with everything loaded up. Brown gives it a bit more character than the usual black.
