The Black Three-Button Leather Blazer
A blazer that trades wool for leather — and reads all the sharper for it. This men’s black three-button leather blazer is cut in 100% real lambskin with a notch lapel and a higher, more buttoned front, so it sits closer to a tailored jacket than anything casual. The three-button stance lengthens the line and squares the shoulder — presence you can feel walking into a room. Black keeps it in play everywhere, from a work week to a late dinner. Handcrafted in Decrum’s own workshop and sold direct — maker-to-wardrobe, without the retail markup a blazer like this usually carries. We’ve built leather this way since 2015: real hide, honest construction, no faux and no shortcuts. You pay for the lambskin and the hands that shaped it, not the names in between.
The Material
100% genuine lambskin, chosen because a three-button blazer needs leather that will hold a lapel and a clean front without stiffening into a shell. Supple and fine-grained, it keeps the tailoring crisp while still moving with you through a long day. And it improves on the way — breaking in, never down, the colour settling richer the more it’s worn.
The Cut
A three-button blazer silhouette with a notch lapel — structured at the shoulder, tapered through the body, a touch more formal than a two-button. Seven pockets in all: four outside and three inside, one cut for a phone, so it carries a full day without a bag. Sharp over a shirt and tie, easy over a fine knit — it holds its line from desk to dinner.
