Black lambskin with a hood that zips out entirely - hood on it reads casual, hood off it reads sharp, and it is the same jacket either way. Ribbed panels at the shoulder and forearm give it shape without padding it out.
Four zip pockets outside, one inside for a phone, and zip cuffs that close down properly. Soft enough to wear from the first day rather than the fiftieth.
