How can I track my Decrum leather jacket order?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll get an email with a tracking number. This number lets you track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking link will be shared right in the email for your convenience!
Can I change my order after I place it ?
We understand things might change! Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we can't modify the items or size. However, you might still be able to cancel it.
Here's how it works:
- Order Cancellation: If you contact our Customer Service team before your order is packed and shipped, we can usually cancel it for you. Just provide your order number, and they'll guide you through the process.
- Order Already Shipped: If your order has already shipped, you won't be able to cancel it. However, you can easily return the item for a full refund by following our hassle-free Returns process.
