Return & Exchange Guide

1. Return Instructions

  • Initiate a Free Return: Visit our Return Center, enter your order number or email, and select a reason for the return (e.g., wrong size or color).

  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, then ship using a trackable service with return authorization details for faster processing.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In case of return, we will provide postage label to the buyer. This is only for our US customers.


2. Exchange Instructions

  • Initiate the Exchange: Request an exchange within 30 days via our Return Center—select the desired size, color, or preferences (note: additional costs may apply for pricier items).

  • Return the Original Item: Follow the guidelines in Section 5 to return the item you want to exchange.

  • Receive Your New Item: Once we inspect your return, we'll ship a replacement if available or offer alternatives/refund if it's out of stock.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Upon arrival, Decrum inspects returns for eligibility (unused, original tags, etc.).

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear within 4–7 business days after receipt.

  • Partial Refunds: Items with worn or missing parts (not due to Decrum’s error) may receive a partial refund, with deductions communicated.


5. Steps to Return & Exchange

  • Enter the Order Number in the designated field (e.g., 12345).

  • Click on the "Start" button to proceed.

  • Click on the Arrow next to the item you want to return or exchange.

  • Select an Option based on your preference:

    • Get Store Credit
    • Return for Exchange
    • Return for Refund
  • Select the Reason for returning or exchanging your item from the dropdown menu.

  • Click on the "Return or exchange this item" button to proceed.
